NEW OLD STOCK (NOS) / DEADSTOCK ITEMS
Here at ‘HER’ we specialize in New old stock (NOS), or old stock for short, refers to aged stock of merchandise that was never sold to a customer, but is still ‘new’ or ‘never worn’.
Deadstock in essence means coveted items which are no longer available, such as vintage goods for example. Deadstock is also any unsold items which may be lying in a warehouse or a store for a long time. An example of this is an item which collectors hold onto for any period of time hoping that the value increases over time, which is usually the case. Especially in higher end vintage, which for the most part increases in value over time, if kept in pristine condition. So this is why finding items in ‘deadstock’ or ‘nos’ condition is a huge plus!
